Update NEU: (DigitalFilterTest.py)

DigitalFilterTest.py hinzugefügt.
Dieses Skript beinhaltet die Differenzengleichung eines Bandpass nach Tobola MEM_C Vorlesung. Außerdem plottet es schnell die Frequenzen um zu testen ob der Filter funktioniert.
